Licensing

Every creator in the catalog has accepted the Peseta.Media General Terms and Conditions, which grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable licence to their content. We record who accepted, and when, against each clip.

Nothing is listed on the strength of a scrape or a DM. If a creator has not signed, their footage does not enter the catalog.

Purchases grant a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to reproduce, edit and publish the clip across broadcast, digital and print. Copyright stays with the creator; you are buying the right to use the footage, not the footage itself.

The exact terms granted are recorded against your order at the moment of purchase, so what you bought stays documented even if our standard terms change later.

Everything you can watch before buying is a watermarked, downscaled preview. Once a licence is paid for, you get a time-limited link to the clean, full-resolution master — no watermark, no burnt-in branding.

We license directly, with credit and a link back to your channel where a buyer's placement allows it. The agreement is non-exclusive: you keep posting, monetising and licensing your own work however you like.
